General Policy

At Hardwaresoftware.in, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality products, services, and support. However, due to the nature of our services—particularly software licensing, installations, and IT support—our refund and cancellation policies are outlined below to maintain transparency.

Software Products & Licensing

  • Non-Refundable: Once software (including TallyPrime licenses) or digital activation keys are issued or activated, no refund or cancellation is permitted.
  • Customers are advised to confirm compatibility and features before making a purchase.
  • For TallyPrime, once a license is generated and registered with the customer’s details, the transaction is final.

Services (Installation, AMC, Customization, Support)

  • Advance payments for services such as Tally implementation, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), customization, and IT support are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If a cancellation is requested before service delivery begins, a partial refund may be processed, subject to administrative deductions.
  • No refund will be issued for completed services or support already rendered.

Hardware Products

  • Any hardware sold through Unique Computers is eligible for replacement or manufacturer warranty as per respective brand policies.
  • Refunds will be issued only if:
    • The product is damaged on arrival and reported within 48 hours.
    • The product is out of stock and cannot be delivered after payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: support@hardwaresoftware.in
  • Cancellation requests for scheduled services must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
  • For AMC and recurring services, cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle, and no pro-rata refund will be issued for the current cycle.

Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
